Here is our Ode to wellness. Yes, this is my area for relating information about food and nutrition, yet food and nutrition and its value provides a means to our wellness. I have used the term wellness, as we are always on the continuum of improving our wellness – ok, the `new year resolution` to improving our health (the more common phraseology)!
A few key things with BigBangKitchen this year:
- Having focus sessions on Nutrition for Healthy Skin
- Looking at how food helps against health conditions
- Keeping an eye out on current events … and tying it back to healthy nutrition
… and I am sure I will add one a few more as the year and warmer weather approaches!
